1. Use Photoshop 2022 online subscription

2. Think carefully about the text you want to use on your image.

3. Go to the horizontal text tool

4. Add your text

5. Click on tick button

6. Highlight the text layer

7. Duplicate your text layer

8. Select your duplicated layer

9. Make sure characters feature is ticked

10. Click on T underline to underline you text

11.Select your highlight text colour

12.Go to your duplicated layer right hand mouse click and select convert to shape

13.Go to left hand selection tool and select path selection tool

14.Select each line of text and click on delete

15.Drag the layer text with the converted to shape text layer is at the bottom and main original text is at the top.

16. Go to the select tool and select direct path

17. Go to underline of each row.

18. Hold the mouse down and drag the line upwards and this will highlight your text

19. Repeat the process for each text row adjust as necessary
